Effects

Adding a load of melee weapons to your game without giving them interesting effects would be boring, so I listed what effects you can use below.

  • Blunt - Stuns enemies.

  • Paralysis - Stuns enemies.

  • Slash - Causes a slash effect that can damage multiple enemies.

  • Bleeding - Deals extra damage per second.

  • Poison - Deals extra damage per second.

  • Burn - Deals extra damage per second.

  • Kinetic - Deals more damage the faster the player moves.

  • Exploding - Explodes on impact.

  • Knockback - Pushes enemies back on contact.

  • Magnetism - Pulls enemies in.

  • Charged - Charges up damage before inflicting a fatal blow.

  • Chained - Deals chain damage to nearby enemies.

  • Throwing - Allows a weapon to be thrown at enemies.

  • Sharpened - Deals more damage.

  • Berserker - Deals more damage when wearing less armor.

  • Vampiric - Steals life from enemies.

  • Adrenaline - Deals more damage when having less health.

  • Combo - Deals more damage with each consecutive hit.

  • Instigating - Deals more damage to enemies with full health.

  • Acidic - Breaks down enemy armor.

  • Crippling - Slows down enemies on contact.

  • Staggering - Causes enemies to stagger on contact.

  • Freezing - Causes enemies to slow down for a few seconds.

  • Concussive - Knocks out an enemy for a few seconds.

  • Headshots - Deals more headshot damage.

  • Dismembering - Deals more appendage damage.

  • Time dilating - Slows down time when using.

  • Hunter - Deals more damager to animals.
